2017-2018 School Year

Private lessons begin the week of September 11, 2017 and end the week of June 18, 2018. There are 38 private lessons in the school year - there are no lessons during Christmas Break (December 23, 2017-January 5, 2018)  and March Break (March 11-17, 2018). Any lessons falling on Thanksgiving Monday, Family Day, and Victoria Day will be made up. There will be lessons on Easter Monday.

Group classes begin the week of October 2, 2017 and conlude the week of June 11, 2018. There are 32 group sessions in the school year - there are no sessions December 18, 2017-January 5, 2018 and March 11-23, 2018. 

Summer Lessons & Classes

Private lessons, group sessions, masterclasses and workshops will continue to be held during the summer months. Students can either [purchase a 4, 6, or 8 private lesson package. Group classes will be offered in 6 week sessions (only one "Music Social" will be held during this session). CLEF will also offer one to two week long music intensives during the summer. All summer lessons, classes, workshops, masterclasses and intensives must be prepaid. Please see our Summer Session Brochure for prices.

Missed Lessons & Classes

Any group classes cancelled by the teacher or CLEF will be made up by the end of the school year. Private lesson students must give 24 hours notice for any absences in order to receive a makeup lesson for a maximum of 4 per school year (only 1 per summer session). Makeup lessons must be completed by June 30, 2018. Any group classes missed by the student cannot be made up. 

2017-2018 School Year Fees

Group class fees = $75 per month ($23.44 per one hour class) 

Private lesson fees = $114-228 per month ($30/30 min lesson, $45/45 min lesson, $60/60 min lesson)

Fees are to be paid on a monthly basis prior to the first class or lesson by pre-authorized debit or credit card (fee applies).

A late fee and/or NSF fee will be charged to any late or returned payments.

Masterclasses/Workshops/Special Events

Fees vary. All masterclasses, workshops and special events must be prepaid. Please see our flyers for pricing. Recitals produced by CLEF are always free for students and friends and family.

Current students who refer one new student who signs up for one of our programs or lessons will receive a $30 credit!
